You can apply for settlement under the Tier 1 (Investor) visa if you:

• Currently hold valid leave under the Tier 1 (Investor) route
• Have spent the qualifying period of continuous residence in the UK (usually 5 years, or 2 or 3 years for accelerated ILR)
• Have maintained the required investment in the UK (minimum £2 million) for the duration of your stay
• Have not been absent from the UK for more than 180 days in any 12-month period
• Meet the English language and Life in the UK test requirements

You may qualify for accelerated ILR if:

• You invested £10 million and have resided in the UK for 2 years, or
• You invested £5 million and have resided in the UK for 3 years

Investments must have been maintained and actively held in qualifying UK assets, such as share capital or loan capital in UK-registered companies (excluding property investment firms).

Yes. If your dependants (partner and children under 18) have lived with you in the UK under this route, they may apply to settle at the same time, provided they meet the requirements.
